It's insane how many hours I have spent trying to figure this out to no avail. Video editing has a learning curve, the best way to learn is to get quality software and you can find lots of tutorials and help online. and the white "frame" is a layer- If it is, Can you select the white layer and enlarge it to cover the entire dimension of the file ? I am not real sure on what you have going on, but it seems like you have layers. I have no idea what I'm doing I simply need to get a plain white background I can place my logo into. I tried to fix this by clicking "presets" then "mobile & devices" in photoshop but then I have no clue what I'm supposed to select. except the green screen needs to be white in color. I guess you could say I need a white colored "green screen". what I mean is the white surrounding my logo doesn't expand and cover the entire screen area if that makes sense? I need the ENTIRE background in the video to be white. then the image with the white background around it ends up showing up like a little cube in the video. The problem I have when I don't export the image as a vector (with transparent background) and I give it a white background instead. This is a paid offer as I really need to get this figured out quickly as possible. Is this still a paid offer, or should this be closed or moved and edited? Place a white background on your original in PS, and save without making it transparent in a format the video software can accept. Odds are you've saved it with a transparent background that the image software doesn't understand. That needs to be done in Photoshop before exporting.
